Balancing Puck for Posture

Coach Renae is working with a skater to keep his torso still and shoulders up. She starts with having the young skater balance the puck on his stick in front of him while he skates swizzles down the ice.

She then challenges him with skating one foot inside edges while keeping his hip up.

Lunges prove to be a bit more difficult for keeping the puck on the stick, but the skater is up to the challenge by keeping this shoulders still.
