What is HockeySpeed?

HockeySpeed is a membership-based website for coaches who teach hockey skating skills and power skating. We only focus on the skating aspect of the sport of hockey.

Who Runs HockeySpeed?

HockeySpeed was created by Trevor Laak, a figure skating coach based in the United States. Sixteen years ago his team started a similar subscription website for figure skating, called iCoachSkating.com. After noticing how finding quality information on power skating was a haphazard and time-wasting ordeal, Trevor and his team decided to create HockeySpeed.

Can I download the videos to my computer?

No, you may NOT download our videos for any reason. Your paid subscription to HockeySpeed gives you the right to log in to our website and view the videos online, but does not give you any ownership rights. It is against the Terms of Service of HockeySpeed.org to download our videos, for any reason, even for personal use.

I need to update my credit card

How do I cancel my subscription?

The most reliable way to cancel your subscription to HockeySpeed is to reach out to us using the Contact Us page. We will cancel your subscription.

How do I get a refund?

All new subscribers are eligible for a full refund during the 30 day refund period. To receive a refund, you must request it using the contact form on the Contact Page. If you are eligible, we will issue your refund within a day or two. If you are canceling after the refund period, we may not be able to provide you with a full refund, but our support team will reach out and discuss your options. Please note that it may take your bank or credit card 3-5 working days to confirm your refund after we have refunded it on our end.

How do I change my login email address?

To change your login email address at HockeySpeed, you’ll need to do it in 2 places. First, you need to click on the link at the bottom of one of the emails we send to you through our email delivery system. Click the “Change Subscriber Options” link and make your changes.

Second, visit your My Account home page and update your email address in your Profile Information. NOTE: The new email address will then be required for logging in.

How can I change my password?

To change your password, please log in to your HockeySpeed account and use the My Account link in the footer of the website. You can change your password on that page.

I’m not getting the email updates when new videos are posted

You may be receiving our emails, but your email service provider may be putting them in your spam/bulk/promotions folder. Please look there if you do not see them in your inbox.

If you do you see our emails in your inbox or your spam/bulk/promotions folder, chances are you did not “confirm” your email address in the first welcome email you received. If you signed up in the last day or two, please re-check your spam folder for a confirmation email. If you cannot find it, you’ll need to manually sign up for the email updates.

I’m having trouble playing the videos

The videos on the website have been optimized to play on a variety of devices including all computers, iPhones, iPads, and most other smartphones and tablet computers. However, our video format may not play on some devices.  If you’re having problems or have any question, please contact HockeySpeed support using our Contact Us page.
